Where the drive and control system are still performing well, the cabin can be renewed on its own — wall panels, flooring, ceiling and lighting, handrails, mirrors and operating panels. It is the fastest visible improvement available to a building owner and is frequently done ahead of re-tenanting, refinancing or sale.
