Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, before pursuing Master in Finance at Imperial College London. He is also a certified Lift Competent Person (Grade 1). As Managing Director & CEO, Michael is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry. Under his leadership, MXC Elevator has grown into one of Malaysia’s leading independent elevator solutions providers through strategic expansion and strong global partnerships.

With over 15 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, he brings extensive expertise in sales, project management, and operational execution. He plays a key role in advancing the Company’s strategic objectives and sustainable growth.

Kong holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Having begun his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Kuala Lumpur, he brings extensive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate management across the FMCG and construction industries.

Razak graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and has been a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). With over 30 years of service at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), including as a Director, he brings extensive expertise in OSHA, the Factories and Machinery Act (FMA), and lift safety. He is also a certified Lift Competent Person (Grade 1), providing strong technical leadership and regulatory guidance to the Company.

Leonard holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as well as a certified Lift Competent Person (Grade 2). With over 15 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, including with Hitachi Malaysia and ANLEV Hong Kong, his extensive experience spans the maintenance and servicing of a wide range of lift brands, enabling him to drive high standards of service performance, technical competency, and customer satisfaction across the Company’s Service Operations.

She is a certified Lift Competent Person (Grade 2) and Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C). With over 12 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, she oversees the Company’s service operations, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strong customer relationships.

Azila holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). She is a certified SKM-2 and Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C). With over 10 years of experience in the lift industry, including with EITA Elevator, she specialises in service operations, MOD replacement, and customer relationship management.

Farhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). With over 10 years of experience in the lift industry, including with Thyssenkrupp Elevator, he leads the Project Department, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the Company’s quality standards.

Solihin holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and is a certified Lift Competent Person (Grade 2). With over 12 years of experience in the lift and escalator industry, including with Otis and Fuji Elevator, he provides technical leadership and engineering support across the Company’s nationwide operations, specialising in troubleshooting, integration of various lift controllers and modules and technical standardisation to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
